“The Exercise and Fitness course has given me a great understanding of what it takes to be a fitness instructor. It isn’t just lifting weights and “getting your protein in” – you’ve also got to learn how to interact with people, have proper customer service, take into account all potential clients needs and most importantly to always be willing to learn, no matter how much you may think you know”
