This is a one-year, full time programme that provides an introduction to the field of education and training. The course covers subjects relevant to those seeking to work in education, considering a teaching career, or facilitating groups. The course maybe of interest to those with existing qualification and skills who are wish to gain experience in training or mentoring in the workplace. It may also be of interest to those who considering becoming an SNA in secondary education, or the FET sector, or progressing to third level to complete a Batchelors of Arts degree and who are considering their options.
